In this introductory class, I introduce you to the concept of beliefs and how they may be affecting your health. Ultimately however, we are within reach of healing them through the tools you already have inside of you: Self-Forgiveness and your own Loving.
For this class, I created a 30 minute lecture about the nuts and bolts of beliefs and to compliment that, there is a daily prayer and a meditation that I use almost daily in my own life, but customized for you.
